Spring Lecture Series Announced: Critical Disaster Studies, Household Preparedness, First Responder Technology
The Christian Regenhard Center for Emergency Response Studies announces its Spring 2022 lecture series. The series begins February 7 with NYU Faculty Jacob Remes, co-Editor of the pathbreaking book Critical Disaster Studies.
Our March session is with Hunter College Nursing faculty member Tara Heagele, discussing her research on household preparedness for disaster and the role of nurses.
Our April talk is a panel discussion featuring technologists, researchers, and first responders discussing the challenges to implementing new technologies in emergency response.
