RaCERS Director Contributes to National Police Foundation report on Fire/EMS response to Pulse Nightclub Attack
RaCERS Director Charles Jennings co-authored an after-action report (AAR) for the National Police Foundation. The National Police Foundation was contracted by the City of Orlando, Florida to conduct a review of the Fire/EMS response to the Pulse Nightclub attack of June 12, 2016. The report was released by the City of Orlando, and can be accessed via this page.
“This was an important project that builds on the Center’s expertise in cross-discipline analysis of complex emergencies. Building on our review of the Fire response to the Boston Marathon bombing and work on large fires and building failures, this is an example of the support the Center can provide to agencies,” stated Charles Jennings of RaCERS.
