Council members represent a substantive cross-section of officials, emergency managers and emergency response providers from state, local, tribal and territorial governments, the private sector and nongovernmental organizations.”
Andrew Phelps, a John Jay College of Criminal Justice alum, has participated in several Regenhard Center events, including presenting on historic wildfires and a 20-year expert panel on progress and challenges in emergency response.
