Three excellent speakers representing both FEMA Headquarters and Region II gave a comprehensive review of the methodology and findings of FEMA’s publicly-released After Action Report on the federal response to Hurricane Sandy {http://www.fema.gov/media-library/assets/documents/33772}. The speakers addressed numerous questions from the audience, and discussed the historic effort that went into assembling this report.
