of observing massive changes in our understanding of people’s movement, other behavior and risks
faced in built environment settings.

followed by open discussion by all participants, including their interests in what is addressed in the
next 1.5 days of the meeting plus who should have opportunities for making remarks from the
podium in plenary and breakout sessions on the second day.

and how well has it been responded to by the general public, public health and safety officials,
political leaders and others? This could include highly selected readings and other very brief
presentations (e.g., video clips, such as very brief excerpts of a video produced by Jake Pauls,
working with journalist Amanda Ripley, interviewing another pioneer in the field, Dr. John Bryan).

choice of follow-up questions to the two morning panelists plus, collectively, the keynote speakers
from Day 1, and discussions among participants. After the close of this session, participants should

The conference will be held at John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City
University of New York. He College if located at 524 West 59 Street in
Manhattan. That is on the far west side of Manhattan just off Columbus
Circle.
