April 2015 – “Evidence Based Practice – the Future of Law Enforcement and Public Safety”
Len Garis, RaCERS Affiliated Faculty and University of the Fraser Valley, British Columbia, CANADA presented results of his work developing institutional capacity to perform evidence based research to inform public safety practice. Garis also presented on his two co-authored books, Making the Right Decision: Evidence-based Decision Making for Police and Fire Service Professionals.
