Charles Jennings presented results of the Transportation Research Board-sponsored research study on planning pipeline emergency communications as to an international fire service audience as part of the Fire Department Instructor’s Conference (FDIC). The FDIC is the largest fire service conference in North America, with over 30,000 attendees.
