Japan Delegation Visits College, Center
RaCERS faculty met with a delegation from the Government of Japan’s National resilience Promotion Office, located in the Cabinet Secretariat. The delegation, which consisted of government and private sector business continuity representatives, met with Center faculty and a representative of the Business Continuity community.
The two sides exchanged ideas and practices related to strengthening the connections between business continuity and emergency management, and received an overview of higher educational practices for both communities in the United States.
The College was one of six higher education institutions the delegation met with during their trip to the United States.
The delegation is shown below, following their meetings, held on the John Jay College campus.
