The Christian Regenhard Center is pleased to release its latest working paper, First Responders and COVID-19, Preliminary Training and Best Practice Guidance, assembled by Eric Persaud, a Center Research Associate and Doctoral candidate at SUNY Downstate School of Public Health. The report contains links to best practice and emerging guidance documents from authoritative sources.

Adjunct Faculty member George Contreras, DrPH(c), MEP, MPH, MS, CEM who teaches in our undergraduate Emergency Services Administration and graduate Emergency Management programs, also published an Editorial in Journal of Emergency Management entitled Getting Ready for the Next Pandemic Covid-19: Why we need to be more prepared and less scared”   which appears in the March 2020 issue of the journal.
