RaCERS Faculty Glenn Corbett and Charles Jennings participated in the Academy for Critical Incident Analysis (ACIA) at John Jay College’s http://aciajj.org/ meeting on Mass Shootings and their Prevention, Mitigation, and Post-Event Impacts. The three-day meeting brought together local reporters, survivors, medical professionals, psychiatrists, and public safety experts to discuss the 1 October 2017 shooting, which killed 58 people and physically injured hundreds more.
Members of the Public Management faculty also participated.
