March 2015 – Public Health Preparedness for First Responders was the topic of our March 2015 event. Our own Donell Harvin of the Department of Security, Fire, and Emergency Management briefed attendees on the public health system, including laboratories, syndromic surveillance, legal issues, and protective equipment concerns for first responders.
