Peter Apps, Author of Show Me the Bodies: How We Let Grenfell Happen Awarded Jake Pauls Award for Building Safety

The Christian Regenhard Center for Emergency Response Studies held its Towering Inferno: Art, Policy, and Legacy  event on Friday, December 13 at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY).

Among the highlights was the presentation of the Jake Pauls Award for Outstanding Advocacy in Building and Fire Safety to Peter Apps, author of Show Me the Bodies: How We Let Grenfell Happen.  Apps is the first recipient of the award established in 2018 and named for Jake Pauls.

The award was presented remotely by Jake Pauls in Toronto and Peter Apps in London. The presentation included a discussion  between Pauls and Apps which included an insightful series of questions and responses. Video of the dialog is available here.
