The Center was pleased to present Ian Blair, Lord of Boughton, former head of the London Metropolitan Police. Lord Blair spoke on his observations and findings form his extensive policing experience, including the transition of the London Metropolitan Police after 9/11 and through the challenges of the 7/7 attacks and their aftermath. Lord Blair offered remarks on the challenges of counter-terrorism in a multicultural environment and drew intriguing insights on the challenges facing the U.S. law enforcement community and civil society.
