FInal Program Announced for October 18 High-Rise Conference

RaCERS is pleased to announce the final program for its October 18 day-long conference on tall building safety. A distinguished group of international experts from the fire service, engineering, code community, and academia will discuss and survey the state of high-rise safety in the US and beyond. This day-long event will include: updates on the Grenfell Tower fire and subsequent reforms, an analysis of tall building trends, global practices in tall building emergency response, FDNY’s approach to tall building firefighting, a survey of future tall building development trends, active shooter threats, and updates on wood construction.
