Ms. de Guttry presented the findings of her joint research-in-residence at John Jay College’s Christian Regenhard Center and the FDNY. The research described Italian and European Union approaches to disaster management, and made comparisons with the National Incident Management System and New York City’s Citywide Incident Management System.
